Secular Heretic telling the news as it really is.
Personally I don't like any type of violence against anyone.Anonymous, was there something specific you wanted to say about Kirk Cameron's interview?
The point Cameron and all the other Christians miss is that freedom of speech in American has meant that anti-gay Christians have disrupted religious services, even funerals, for gays.Ten years ago, a young gay man called Matthew Sheppard was beaten unconscious and crucified on a fence where he was left to die. After years of anti-gay murders that were quietly discussed only among gays and years of prosecutions of _victims_ of anti-gay murder by Christian zealot judges who read Leviticus and served as accessories after the fact to murder, the gay community in the U.S. and around the world had had enough. The Catholic Church's response was that he brought it on himself because of his participation in gay activism. The response of Christian activists much like yourself was to post ads in popular newspapers suggesting that gays wouldn't be murdered if they turned straight. The response of som protestants was to stage a protest celebrating their certainty that Matthew was in Hell. Similar disruptions of gay funerals by that Christian group continued for most of the ten years. Of course the burning of gay friendly churches has gone on for at least 30 years.Conservative Christians have sown the wind and are reaping the whirlwind. They deserve all they are getting and more.
The actions you are describing don't even sound like they are Christians. This type of behavior just seems really foreign to me.
wow nice article ,how you do thisBathmate

The laws of society must respect the dignity of all human beings without exception. The very moral foundation and well being of a society depends on laws and institutions which respect the moral dignity of all human beings.
